Thank you for your interest in our properties! Before you get started on an application, we want to provide you with the opportunity to review how to apply and our rental criteria:
How to Apply:
- A complete application per adult
- $50 application fee per adult (non-refundable)
- 2 months proof of income (pay stubs, bank statements)
- Copy of driver’s license
Rental Criteria:
- We will verify your most recent 2 years of rental history
- We will run a credit check and background check
- Your current monthly income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent amount
- Current employment of at least 6 months is preferred
